CHS Wolf Band Camp coming up

The Colorado High School Band will be having its annual Wolf Band Camp July 5 through July 9. Times are 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This camp is for all Colorado High School band students. Students will learn marching fundamentals, show music, and all-region tryout music. Students need to bring their instrument, athletic shoes to march in and water to drink.

The Wolf Band Camp Staff will be Sam Hale, Colorado High School Band Director; Audrey Calcote, Colorado Middle School Band Director, Dois Pace, CHS Band alumni and Retired Band Director at Andrews High School; Rocky Harris, Retired Band Director at Big Spring High School; Matthew Gudino, Band Director at Sweetwater High School; Bell Douglas, CHS Band alumni and music major at Howard Payne University; Tori Smith, CHS Band alumni and music major at Howard Payne University; Adam Clifton, CHS Band alumni and music major at McMurry University, and Trinity Douglas, CHS Band alumni and student at the University of North Texas.

The welcome back party, sponsored by the CHS Band Boosters, will be on the evening of July 5. More details will be announced.

The CHS band leadership team will meet on July 2 at 1:00 p.m. to set up the band hall and call their sections.
