Wolf Booster golf tournament to be held Saturday, Sunday
The 4th Annual Wolves Booster Club golf tournament is scheduled this weekend and only a couple of spots remain open, according to Club President Kaci Griffith.
As of Monday morning, 34 teams have entered and officials are hoping for a couple more teams to come forward.
The three-person scramble will tee off on Saturday, July 10 at 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
The scramble has always been very popular with golfers around the area. All the proceeds from the tournament go to support all sports activities at Colorado High School.
An entry fee of $300 for each team includes a meal Saturday night with team discussion.
Organizers will flight the tournament Saturday night for Sunday’s round.
Once again, over 100 golfers are expected to participate with many coming from the entire West Texas area.
