Beckmeyer appointed Republican Party of Texas executive director
On Monday, July 12, newly elected Republican Party of Texas Chairman Matt Rinaldi appointed John Beckmeyer to serve as the Party’s Executive Director.
John and his wife, Teresa, are long-time Mitchell County residents.
“John’s background in both Party grassroots service and private corporate management make him an excellent fit for the position. He’s someone I trust to ensure that our party is ready to expand our majority in 2022 and he’s dedicated to seeing our GOP priorities advanced in every special session we have this year,” Renaldi said Monday.
Beckmeyer has served the party at all levels having been a County Precinct Chair, County Chairman and State Republican Executive Committeeman. He has over 25 years in corporate management most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member for a group of companies involved in the software development and e-commerce industries.
Beckmeyer commented on the news, saying “I am honored to accept the Chairman’s offer to serve our Party in this vital position. It’s time to build the infrastructure necessary and empower grassroots Republicans with tools necessary to not only keep Texas red, but deepen our color at the same time.”
